Materials

Attach the Toilet Paper Rolls
Begin by connecting your toilet paper roll. We chose to use 3 glue dots to stick ours together. Use white glue or hot glue if you want a stronghold. Wait for the glues to dry before continuing to the next step.
Wrap the Rolls in Paper
This step is purely decorative, but you may still choose to do it! You can use any kind of paper as long as it fits the binoculars. Just wrap it around them and then use glue dots to hold it together.
