What is Bushnell Rangefinder Pinseeker Technology?

Let’s find out!

HOW OUR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY WORKS

A device that emits invisible, eye-safety, infrared energy pulses. This device measures distance by calculating the time it takes for the pulses to travel from the range finder to the target, and then back. The device also uses sophisticated digital technology to calculate distances instantly.

RANGING ACCURACY

Pinseeker is a very accurate measuring device. It measures distances up to 1,500 feet (457 meters). This is an extremely useful tool for people who need to measure long distances accurately.

This device measures the distance to objects by reflecting laser beams off them. The reflected beam travels back to the device, and the device calculates the distance based on how long it takes for the beam to return. The device can detect targets up to about 100 meters away. The device uses red lasers because they are highly reflective. The device can measure the distance to objects up to about 50 meters away.

Sunlight decreases the maximum range of the unit.

OPERATIONAL SUMMARY

A telescope is an instrument used to observe distant objects by magnifying them. Telescopes come in many sizes and shapes. Some telescopes are designed to be portable while others are fixed. Telescopes are also made out of different materials such as glass or plastic.

Laser devices are dangerous if used improperly. Crosshairs around an aiming circle mean that the laser is transmitting. A red dot indicates that the laser is still being transmitted. After a certain period of time, the laser will be turned off. Pressing the power button again will turn the laser back on. This is done by pressing the power button down again.

OPTICAL DESIGN

Magnification and coatings are used to make the image clearer. The optics are multi-coated to allow more light to pass through. An LCD is mounted inside the optical system and shows the distance to the target. There are some black dots in the lens that are normal and do not affect the distance.

outer surface of the objective and eyecup lenses are coated with RainGuard®. This coating keeps the lenses clean and clear. It also helps prevent fogging.
