Introduction
This device is made for golfers who want to be more accurate than others. It is very light and easy to use. It has a lot of features that make it great.
The Pro X2 emits infrared light pulses. These pulses travel instantly and accurately to measure distance. It uses sophisticated digital technology to calculate distance.
Ranging Accuracy
The Pro X2 is accurate within 1 yard/meter. The maximum range for most objects is 1000 yds / 914 meters while for highly reflective objects the maximum is 1300 yds / 1189 meters.
The color, surface finish, and size of the target all affect the range of the device. Bright colors allow greater ranges than dark ones. Shiny surfaces provide better ranges than dull ones. Smaller targets are harder to range than larger ones. Ranges are affected by the angle of the target. Angles closer to 90 degrees provide greater ranges than angles closer to 0 degrees or 180 degrees. Lighting conditions also affect the range of the weapon.
A laser rangefinder is an advanced device that measures the distance to a target. It uses lasers to measure the distance to a target. This device is used by police officers to determine if someone is hiding behind a wall or in a closet.

Slopeswitch Technology
Slope Switch technology lets you easily switch slope on and off. This allows you to use Slope to get compensated distance around the course when you want it and have a U.S.G.A. conforming device that is legally allowed for tournament play when you need it.
Display Indicators
Your Pro X2 display incorporates four illuminated indicators:
- PinSeek™ Indicator
- Aiming Reticle
- Battery Life Indicator
- Distance Displayed in Yards/Meters
Battery Life Indicator
A full charge means you have plenty of time before your battery runs out. Your battery indicator blinks when it needs replacing. You need to insert the new battery first, then replace the battery door.
Laser pointers are used by people who want to show something to someone else without actually pointing at them. This device allows you to point at things without actually having to point your finger at them.
The device works well in most situations. However, if there are too many objects in the line of sight, it will not work properly.
When pressing the power button, you can move your device slowly from one object to another to make sure that the laser hits more than one object. After the laser shuts off, it defaults In back to the last mode.
Display Brightness Receive VDT
The Pro Xa2 has vivid display technology. The bright red LED displays dramatically improve contrast, clarity, and transmit light while increasing the brightness of the display, making distance readings legible in low light environments.
The existing brightness setting is flashing (i.e. BRT1, BRT2, BRT3, or BRT4). Pressing the mode button will toggle between the 4 brightness settings. BRT1 is the lowest intensity while BRT4 is the brightest.
Simply press the mode button until the desired brightness is displayed, then press and release the power button to save the setting
Unit of Measure Options
The Pro X2 measures distance in both yards and meters. The unit of measurement indicators are located in the bottom right portion of the display, and there are two measuring settings to choose from. Following are the steps to choose from the measuring settings.
Step # 1: Look through the eyeglass, depress the Mode button, and hold it down for about three seconds to get into the Setup Menu.
Step # 2: Briefly press the Mode button to toggle through the brightness settings if you’re looking at the bright red LED display.
Step # 3: Press the power button to go to the unit of measure option, and again briefly press the Mode button to set your choice. A change in the unit will be indicated by the indication of the M for Meter indicator while the Y for yard indicator is turned off. If you’re switching from meters to yards, then the opposite will happen.
The Pro X2 returns to the last unit of measurement setting used each time the device is turned on.
When you enter the SETUP menu, you can select your mode of operation by pressing the “Mode” button. You can also change settings by pressing the “Power” button while in the SETUP menu. Once you exit the SETUP menu, the device automatically returns to normal operation.
